The OFSO reaching out to you

Did you know that the Office of the Financial Services Ombudsman conducts official external office days the first full week of every month?

With its head office in the capital Port of Spain, the Resolution Officers of the OFSO are there to help at our established external offices in Sangre Grande, Point Fortin and San Fernando through the Borough and Regional Corporations. For the month of September visit any of our offices if you have a complaint with your bank, non-bank or insurance company.

The official offices day are:

Sangre Grande Regional Corporationon Thursday 3^rdSeptember from 9am- 12 noon

Point Fortin Borough Corporationon Friday 4^thSeptember from 9am to 12noon

San Fernando Ombudsman Officeon Friday 4^thand 11^thSeptember from 9am to 12 noon

In addition, if you live in our sister isle of Tobago, you can visit our Tobago office located at 2^ndfloor Caribana Building, Bacolet Road, Scarborough on the 2^ndand 4^thWednesday of every month. In September, one of our Resolution Officers will be there to help you on Wednesday 9^thand 23^rdSeptember from 9am to 4pm.
